ALUMITONE
Acid Brightener

Use on aluminum or stainless steel trailer bodies -- removes road dirt and leaves a bright, clean surface. Also an effective brightener for oxidized painted aluminum surfaces, such as truck trailer bodies and siding on buildings and mobile homes. Keep off glass; be especially careful when spraying in a strong wind. In case of contact with glass, rinse at once to prevent etching.

The quantity required depends on the quantity and type of dirt, temperature of the trailer body, soak time allowed, and agitation applied. Dilute in water to suit the job. Recommendations per gallon of solution:

For light dirt and good washing conditions	6 oz/gal = 1:20 water
For average conditions	12 oz/gal = 1:10 water
For heavy dirt, low temperature or short soak time	25 oz/gal = 1:4 water

To Use

Apply recommended solution with pressure washer, or sprayer, or brush, or wash mop. Let soak about 5 minutes. Rinse with water at maximum pressure.

Charging Feed Tank

Most pressure washers and steam cleaners automatically dilute the feed solution with about 9 parts water. Use enough Alumitone in the feed tank to allow for this automatic dilution. Example: If the equipment dilutes at 1:9 water, the concentration of Alumitone in the feed tank must be 10 times the concentration desired at discharge.

Properties

Clear, blue liquid. Mild odor. Noncombustible. Low viscosity assures consistently accurate dilutions when drawn into an automatic feed system through a venturi or similar suction device.

Use Precautions

Avoid contact with eyes and skin. Acidic liquid. Contains blended acids. In case of contact, flush with water for a least 15 minutes; for eyes get medical attention. User should wear gloves and goggles as minimum protection. For industrial use only. Keep out of reach of children.
