WCC #123
Windshield Cleaner Concentrate

A cleaner and freezing point depressant in concentrated form; WCC #123 must be diluted with water for all applications.

Contains synthetic detergents which improve its cleaning properties and makes it a more effective depressant than methyl, propyl, isopropyl, or butyl alcohols.

For Use In Automatic Windshield Washers

For winter use in northern states, dilute… 1 : 3 parts water
Freezing point at this dilution… 15º below zero F

One 55-gallon drum of WCC #123 diluted as above with 165 gallons of water provides 220 gallons of ready-to-use windshield washer solvent. Actual cost per gallon is one-fourth of the cost per gallon of WCC #123.

Correct use dilution can be mixed conveniently as needed by: Measure one quart of WCC #123 into a one-gallon jug and fill with tap water.

When temperature is not expected to reach 15º below zero F, use a dilution ration below to provide a mixture suitable for expected temperature. Cleaning properties are excellent at any dilution shown.
